We are looking for 3 to 5 Malaysian F&B operators willing to deploy MenuBase, share their AOV uplift numbers, and let us publish their venue name + first name + outlet area as the first MenuBase case studies.
In exchange: free MenuBase for the first 6 months, white-glove setup, weekly office hours with the MenuBase team, and the first published Malaysian F&B MenuBase case study with your venue name on it.
What we need from you
- An active venue with at least 30 covers a day (cafe, kopitiam, restaurant, bubble tea, cloud kitchen)
- Willingness to share AOV before MenuBase and AOV after MenuBase (we will model both)
- Permission to publish your venue name + first name + outlet area + a 1-line quote in the case study
- 15 minutes of your time at end of month 1, 3, and 6 to share observations
What you get
- First 6 months of MenuBase free (saves you RM168 to RM594 depending on your menu size)
- White-glove setup at no charge
- Weekly office hours with the founder for the first 6 months
- Your venue name on the first MenuBase published case study, with your permission

What it does NOT cost you
- No equity in your venue
- No long-term contract (you can cancel after the 6 months free)
